Eat WELL is going to be one of our best monthly #LisaLessons yet because we are going to focus InTune eating, calories in vs. out, tracking, overeating, fighting urges, breaking sugar obsession, diet myths....we're doing it all! We'll be getting back to the core basics that work and have special diet expert guest presenter Jen Mimkha, RD!
March also marks one year since Lisa began helping coaching so many women to lose so much weight, both physical AND mental. We want to commemorate it by giving you the best possible information to help you on your journey and lose the weight forever!
