These are some of the most powerful sessions Lisa has done around her core philosophy of eating when you're hungry and stopping when you're full. This is how Lisa lost the weight and by watching these you'll learn how to understand hunger, fullness, urges, and how to use these for weight loss.

All of Lisa's teachings are brain-based, not food-based. In these sessions, she'll teach you how to rewire your brain for weight loss, how to plan your day, why you have to journal and the right way to do it, and how to stop sabotaging your weight loss plan. These are a must-watch.
