The Path To Peace Package

    This first session will help fine-tune the future you and we'll answer the questions below.
    - How do I feel in my own skin?
    - What role does faith play in my journey?

    - Why have I never been at Peace?
    - Who are you and what do you really want in Life?

    Week 2 - Peace With Food: Letting Go of Volume
    This second session of the Path To Peace will help you understand the "pull" of food, the when/where/why of turning to food for comfort and understanding why you're afraid of getting hungry.

    Week 3 - Peace With Weight: Finding Your Wisdom Within
    This third session of the Path To Peace will help answer the questions below. You are right on time!
    - What is weight, pounds, fat and where do they come from?
    - How does weight get out of control? Why can others deal with it but I can't?
    - Can overweight people be happy with themselves?

    Week 4 - Peace With The Scale
    This fourth and final session of the Path To Peace will help you understand if the scale matters, the importance of the numbers to your overall health, how to make the scale insignificant and knowing when your obsession with the scale began.
