I’ve been reading more about nuts 🥜 🙌 Ive never really liked them much. Almonds used to be my favorite but I switched to walnuts because I don’t over eat Walnuts And I need the healthy fat in Walnuts 🧠🥊

I used to eat them in a peanut 🥜 buster parfait 🥺 700 calories 😫 no more!!! A handful of nuts every few days, in my calorie count and that’s it 🙌

Just saw a great recipe for Bliss Balls. Chopped hazelnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder and maple syrup. (can sub agave, sf lakanto syrup or honey) formed into small eggs drizzled with melted dark chocolate. Good dessert option.
