When you... Change from the inside out... itās lasting. When Itās a radical change itās vast too! Every day is different and better for me.
Iām keeping the weight off. Iām doing it while Living šššš I donāt feel deprived at all. I eat what I want, when I want š§ š„
You know what changed the most ?
My Want ššš I no longer want food in huge volumes or food that I know isnāt good for me. My want changed!!!
Do you realize how powerful YOUR WANT is? For example ... I really want a salad š„ tonight because my body is telling me, I need it ššššš or I want to make sure I get in 15k steps today because I feel so much better when I get in 15k steps š

2. Want to Want to - this is powerful š„
3. Do your want daily until you Want to š
Anyone who reads this can radically change! Even if you are so low right now you canāt hardly see your way out ...
