I do this daily. I do. I use Dr. Teals. This is one of the most important things I do for myself daily now.
Ive always been a shower person for... 53 years. Even though when I remodeled my home and added a really nice soaking tub š I still didnāt use it much. It wasnāt easy to get up and down!
its a part of my day that I enjoy most.

I don't have a bathtub but when we go to the beach we always make sure we have one and we purchase bath salts and so enjoy it. Now I know the benefits.š
Iām gonna try it I Need some time myself Iām at home with the kids every day because I teach them at home so I donāt get a break so this is gonna be my break Iām gonna try it letās see how many times I get interrupted by kids or my husband Iām going to count it and then I will post it and let you know
Itās so healing.
